Leadership development and organizational movement for any group: a team, a board, a club, a non-profit, a ministry, a department. Fully customizable, built around your organization, and developed through an initial consultation. Not a profit gap. A mission gap.
The Whole Life Reset does this for a person. The Dream Business Reset does it for a business. The Organization Reset does it for a group.
The move is identical. We surface the version of the organization it was designed to be, name the gap between that and today, and build the small, repeatable commitments, carried by a real team. The one difference from a business: this is not about profit. A non-profit, a band, or a student senate does not measure a great day in dollars. So the Reset measures a great day in behavior: what you would actually see and hear if the group were fully being what it is meant to be.
Every Organization Reset is custom. A band says PRIDE. A board might say TRUST. A non-profit might say SERVE. The word changes; the process doesn't. What you see below is the repeatable skeleton. The specifics, the language, the dimensions that matter most, the timeline, and the roles, are all developed with you in an initial consultation.
If this group had a voice and could tell you what it is still waiting to become, what would it say?
A person's reset happens in one room; an organization's has to travel. We run the same moves at descending levels, so by the end every member has personally made a commitment, not just heard about one. The shape below flexes to your group and your calendar.
Where every Reset begins
We meet with your leadership to learn the group: what it is, who leads it, its history, its season, and what "great" would look like. That conversation sets the language, the dimensions we emphasize, the timeline, and the levels of the cascade.
The leaders go first
Leadership names the group's identity: a word the group owns, built into an acronym with camera-ready definitions. They build the Magic Tuesday picture, name the gap and the root pattern, and set the leadership team's commitments. Leaders model before they ask.
Section leaders, chairs, captains
The next tier runs the same moves with their own sub-group, setting a momentum task, a courage task, and a Dream Team. Every member writes the momentum task on a card, and the facilitator models it live.
Everyone in the room
The full organization gathers. The identity and the Magic Tuesday picture roll out, ideally with the sub-groups' short, low-budget videos of the ordinary great day. Every sub-group reads out its commitments, and every member makes a private commitment on a card.
Weekly, small, visible
Each sub-group scores its momentum task weekly and reports the number to one keeper. Recognition goes to a group and a person each week, and the root pattern stays in view. Momentum, not perfection.
The process is the same for every group. These are the pieces we develop with you in the consultation, so the Reset sounds and feels like your organization, not a template.
Naming the gap is not enough. Each one gets sorted, because each kind has a different fix.
They don't know how. Teach it, model it. This is the easy one.
Nobody ever told them this was the bar. Say it, publicly, once, clearly. Also easy.
Everybody knows. Nobody does it. The hard one. It takes a leader willing to be uncomfortable in front of peers.
Magic Tuesday is the group on an ordinary day, fully realized. Not the championship, the gala, or the sold-out show. The ordinary Tuesday when the group is simply being what it is meant to be. Then we point an imaginary camera at it. "We're more committed" fails the Camera Test, because you can't film commitment. "People are set up and quiet two minutes before we start" passes. Every value and every commitment has to be camera-ready. That is how a group stays out of abstraction.
It's a regular, boring Tuesday six weeks from now, and this group has quietly become exactly what it should be. Nobody announced it. How would you know? What's the first thing you'd notice?
The core model never changes. The vocabulary and the cascade adapt to the group.
Not a feeling. Things the group can carry into next week.
The Organization Reset hands a group a shared picture and a jolt of momentum. Groups being groups, that energy scatters unless something holds it. Ongoing coaching, in whole-group and leadership sessions, is what turns a great kickoff into an organization that keeps accelerating season after season.
A Reset starts the movement. Ongoing coaching is what keeps a group from drifting back into meeting instead of moving.
